Amberly’s Place appreciates the generosity of our community.  We value every donation, but have limited storage space.

Currently Accepted

These items may be dropped off Tuesday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Due to limited storage space we ask that you limit the number of bags/boxes to four or fewer.

Women’s Clothing in Good, Wearable Condition or New– All Sizes

  • Business attire
  • Casual pants
  • Casual shirts
  • New socks
  • New Undergarments
  • Pajamas

Teenage Clothing in Good, Wearable Condition or New

  • Anything for boys 12-18 (this may include some men’s sizes)
  • Anything for girls 12-18
  • Pajamas
  • New undergarments

Children’s Clothing in Good, Wearable Condition or New – All Sizes

  • School uniforms
  • Casual Shirts
  • Casual Pants
  • Pajamas
  • New undergarments

Women’s Deodorant                                     Diapers – All Sizes
Baby Formula                                                 New quilts/blankets
Non-Perishable Snack Items/Water Bottles and Juice Boxes

Any items we receive that we are either unable to use or store are donated to other local agencies such as Assistance League, Child & Family Services, Crossroad Mission, Daybreak, Safehouse, and Salvation Army.

Cell Phones

Donate your old cell phones with chargers to give victims of stalking/domestic violence the ability to dial 911 in case of an emergency. Is your cell phone older than the hills?  No charger?  Donate anyway.  All unusable phones are recycled to generate income to aid victims of abuse.

Monetary Donations

  • Donations may be made using a debit/credit card through our website or by check.
  • Gift cards for clothing/shoe stores

Limited Acceptance

  • Small kitchen appliances
  • DVD/VCR Players
  • Laptop computers in good, working condition

*If you have an unusual item you feel may benefit the victims we serve, please call us.

Currently Not Accepted

  • Used stuffed animals
  • Used children’s toys
  • Used blankets/quilts/afghans

Any items on the “Currently Not Accepted” list can be taken to Women’s Assistance League or Salvation Army.  Both of these organizations give back to Amberly’s Place by providing snacks and water for our victims or allowing them to shop in-store for necessities at no cost. When you make your donation to these other agencies, please mention Amberly’s Place.
